Return Policy


Please inspect your order upon received and contact us immediately or within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If any of the above occure, please contact us immediatelly.

You can contact us by filling out "contact us" form on our website / or by sending us an email at Please make sure to include your order number.

Due to handmade and personalized character of our products, we only accept return of not-personalized products. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it,
  • Unworn or unused,
  • With tags,
  • And in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order. 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Handmade and Personalized Orders, Bulk Orders, Sale items or gift cards.
