Can you remove the price tag and packing slip from the box? My box is being shipped directly to the recipient.
We never include any receipts or packing slips inside of our boxes, since most of our gifts are being shipped directly to the giftee. Items inside the gift box do not have any price tags.
Can I ship a gift to my friend directly?
Definitely! Our favorite part of packing the kit when is done! We make sure that sending the kit to your family or friends is stress-free and has seamless presentation – starting from beautiful packing tape, inserts and personal gift note you can fill in with your order. There is no price tags or packing slips inside the kit – just the pretty gift with a personal gift note from you delivered right to your friend’s house. Make sure to fill in their delivery address during check out instead of just clicking through it with your auto-fill.
What to do if my order arrives broken?
Oh no, that can be the worst and we hope it will never happen. Stunning presentation and seamless delivery is our priority, that’s why we really pack all our gifts very safely, but accidents can happen (even if it is very rare). In this case, we are here to fix it! Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and picture of the broken item and we will make sure your loved one will receive a replacement as soon as possible.
What to do if there is a mistake in my personalization?
Don’t worry! All the personalization you type in upon placing your order, we copy and paste to our design program – so there is no human error on our side. Lastly, if any issue happens from our side, just let us know asap and we will make sure your giftee will receive a replacement.
If you haven’t already, please double-check spelling prior to checking out and mistake came from your side, we are happy to assist with re-ordering with a 20% discount!
How long will my order take to arrive?
- All our kit boxes are made-to-order after your purchase and our current production time 5-7 business days
USA: USPS usually delivers your package 3-5 business days after your parcel has been dropped off and you received your shipping notification.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched together with your tracking number. All our parcels are shipped with USPS Post service, and you will be able to track yours directly from your email notifications.
Where can I track my order?
Look for an email in your mailbox with a shipping notification from us – it will include your tracking number and you will be able to track your order directly from there.
My order is delayed, what should I do?
It’s ok! We make and dispatch every order on time and once it hits mail stream, speed is really out of our hands, but we use a service which we had a great experience to ship the package so farr! If your package doesn't arrive within 15 business days since you received your shipping notification, please let us know at email@example.com, so we can file a claim for lost package.
Do you offer pick up?
Yes, let us know what day and time you will be able to pick up the package and we will make sure is ready for you (usually takes 3-4 business days for pick up orders).
Can I change items in boxes shown on your website?
Unfortunately no, we are only offering well-thought-out combinations shown in our online boutique. We are hoping to bring in “build your own box” feature in the future. Stay tuned!
Do you accept returns?
If there is anything wrong with your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do. We normally don’t accept returns for gift boxes, but we consider each customer individually and your satisfaction is paramount for us.
